1. Open RGB Document (800px X 700px), Fill It With Green Color (#30B42A).>> Filter > Render >
2. LightingEffects (Light Type : OMNI)>> Filter > Stylize > Extrude With these settings:
BLOCKSIZE : 50
DEPTH : 100
RANDOM
